Welcome to the application and website of Yernayan Group ("we", "our", "the site", "the app", "the platform"). Use of our services is subject to these Terms of Use. By using the site or app, you fully and expressly agree to these terms. If you do not agree – you are not authorized to use the service.

1. Nature of the Service

Yernayan Group operates an online platform (website and app) that serves as an intermediary between external service providers ("providers") and customers ("users"). The platform allows users to choose a service and provider, place an order, and pay either directly through the site or in cash to the provider.

2. Payments and Refunds

Customers may pay on the site via credit card or pay cash directly to the provider.
Yernayan Group charges a small commission for using the platform.
Refunds will only be provided if the ordered service was not delivered.
Requests for refunds related to service quality or other complaints should be directed to the provider, and Yernayan Group bears no responsibility and is not a party to such refund processes.

3. Limitation of Liability

Yernayan Group serves solely as an intermediary between customers and providers and is not responsible in any way for the actual service provided, its quality, timeliness, any damages, delays, or any outcome resulting from the engagement with the provider.
Provider ratings on the app or website are for convenience only and do not constitute any commitment or responsibility on the part of Yernayan Group.
Yernayan Group shall be exempt from any existing or future liability related to services provided by providers.

4. Service Providers

While we strive to maintain high-quality providers and offer customers quality services, we do not guarantee this in any way and shall not be liable if service levels do not meet user expectations.

5. Provider Subscription Cancellation

Yernayan Group reserves the full right, at its sole discretion, to cancel a provider’s subscription or ability to operate on the platform at any time, without prior notice, including (but not limited to) due to low ratings, customer complaints, or any other reason.

6. Prohibited Misuse

Any misuse of the site, app, or services provided through them is strictly prohibited. Any user or provider who harms the platform, other customers, providers, or Yernayan Group may face legal action, including high-value damage claims.

7. Use of Personal Data

Users agree that Yernayan Group may collect and process necessary personal data to operate the services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. User Content

Users agree that any content they post on the site or app (e.g., reviews, ratings) may be used by Yernayan Group for marketing, statistical, or service improvement purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the site’s content, design, trademarks, and technology belong to Yernayan Group. No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Account Termination

Yernayan Group may block, suspend, or delete any user or provider account violating these Terms of Use, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

11. Force Majeure

Yernayan Group shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., technological failures, wars, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

12. Jurisdiction

Our services are offered only within Israel. These Terms of Use shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Israel.

13. Promotions, Coupons, and Service Changes

Yernayan Group may, at its sole discretion, offer promotions, discounts, or coupons and may modify or cancel them at any time without prior notice or obligation.

14. Changes to Terms of Use

Yernayan Group may change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the site or app. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
